The term "prophetic" refers to hearing and understanding the voice and heart of the Lord. The five senses can be used to receive prophetic insights or guidance. Here are some ways to use the five senses prophetically:

   2. Hearing: You can use your sense of hearing prophetically by tuning in to your inner voice. You can ask a question or focus on a situation and then listen for guidance or insights that come to you. You might hear a message as a whisper, a voice, or even a song or melody.
   3. Smell: The sense of smell can also be used prophetically. You might pay attention to any scents that come to you spontaneously, as they could be messages from the spiritual realm.
   4. Taste: You can use your sense of taste prophetically by being mindful of the food and drink you consume. You might notice that certain foods or flavors bring you a sense of peace or clarity, while others might make you feel agitated or anxious. Paying attention to these sensations can help you understand what your body and spirit need.
   5. Touch: The sense of touch can be used prophetically through meditation, prayer, or other contemplative practices.
